The 10th EDS Residential CEO/DBA Program gave me a fresh and new perspective in thinking for my university in terms of management and leadership. The topics are very updated and relevant to the times. After this program, I believe I will be more invigorated in my work to make and create value innovation and changes in the "Toyota Way".
Ms. Jasmin L. Vargas has a brainstorming session with fellow participants. On her left is Professor Dr. Ricardo A. Wagan, President of Laguna State Polytechnic University, Philippines, and on her right is Mr. Le Mac Linh, Franchise Director of Pepsico, Vietnam.
The Penang Heritage City tour, study and shopping trip was fun, exciting and tiring. The EDS Staff are wonderful in showing us around and asking for bargain prices for us. The study tour in B.Braun Medical Industries was very interesting and exciting with the "astronaut" suit that I wore to enter the production plant. The city tour was enjoying though the rain "quite" ruined the trip. But generally, the trips were all very good.

Jasmin was a very sweet person among all nice people (who are very much seniors) I have met in this program. This is interesting to read her testimonial and what she is planning to apply into her university and I will wait to hear good news from her.
And all friends who read this blog shouldn't forget the person on her right, who is Ngoc Trinh, a normal person, is looking at the world under the eyes of a researcher, haha...
