OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM
The objective of the Certified HR Professional program is to allow HR practitioners to enhance their knowledge and skills with relations to global HR practices in order to re-brand HR as a strategic function within the organization. The enhancement would lead to higher levels of professionalism among HR practitioners and thus enable HR to assist in building a strategic comparative advantage for the organization that they work in.


Structure of the program:
There are a total of six (6) modules to be completed:

07 Nov: Performance management via KRAs and KPIs
08 Nov: HR Scorecard for effective strategic HR management
09 Nov: Talent Management and Employer Branding
10 Nov: Strategic Recruitment and Selection using BEI
11 Nov: Field Study visit to Penang Batik Factory & Penang Heritage City tour
12 Nov: Human Capital Development Design and Analyses
13 Nov: Human Capital Development assessment and management



Certified HR Professional
CERTIFIED HUMAN RESOURCE PROFESSIONAL
Upon completion of the 7 days EDS HR Professional Program, participant’s can apply for the Certified HR Professional certification awarded by Professional Manager’s Association, UK (http://www.pmaglobal.uk/) upon fulfilling the following conditions:

- Completed all the required coursework and HR Project during the 6 days study session,
- With the payment of US$350 for the administrative and CHRP Certification Fee.

The Certified HR Professional holder is qualified to use the designatory letters “CHRP” after their name.

SEMINAR FEES is FREE

Participants need to pay US$690 / RM2,500 to cover the following expenses:
· 9 days and 8 night of hotel accommodation at B-Suite Hotel in twin-sharing,
· Breakfast and lunch during the seminar,
· Transport provided to and fro Penang Airport for participants,
· Welcoming dinner and fellowship night,
· Traveling to factory visit and half-day Penang Heritage City Tour,
· Lectures guide, training materials, and stationery,
· Certificate of Participants,· Professional fees for trainers / lecturers,
· EDS administrative and support fees.
