Introducing the Latest and Most Advanced HR Course
Certified Talent Managers Program
WE TEACH THE FUTURE TODAY
… open to participants from Asia, Middle East and Europe to meet in Penang, Malaysia.
Date: 20 – 26 March, 2010
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM
The war for talents on a global scale has become more and more intense with many organizations competing to source and acquire the best talents for business organizations. The reason is that talents are better able to perform and assist the organization to grow and succeed in an increasingly competitive global business environment. Failure to manage talents effectively would lead to poor performance for the organization that could subsequently lead to decline or low growth within the organization.
However, although many opined that talent management should be the focus of the human resource area, the truth is that talent management cannot be carried out by the human resource people as the talents do not work for the human resources, but for managers! Therefore, it is important and critical that Line Managers, Senior Managers, and Strategic Managers appreciate and understand the importance of talent management and the effects on organization.
To be able to succeed in talent management, these managers need to be equipped with relevant and appropriate knowledge, skills and aptitude to manage talents and Hi-Pos in ways that are different from today’s general methods of management.
The Certified Talent Managers program would allow these managers to be equipped with appropriate knowledge, skills, aptitude and the self-efficacy to acquire, retain, and manage talents and Hi-Po within their departments, divisions, and corporate organization.
