I wish to congratulate Penang’s very own Dr. Ben Lee,CEO of EDS Advance Academy, for receiving the latest international award – the Global HR Excellence Award 2009 in the category of "Award for Contribution to the Field of Global Training and Development". The Asia Pacific HRM Congress 2009 conferred this award to EDS Advance Academy for its contribution in contributing positively towards the global human resource development.

The Penang state government hopes to establish a people oriented government where the state can fulfill the vision of transforming Penang into an International City that is a location of choice for investors, a destination of choice for tourists and a habitat of choice for those who desire sustainable living. The success of Penang’s industrialization was due to its highly skilled human capital and I am glad that EDS Advance Academy is continuously working closely with local and international human resource practitioners.
