TESTIMONIAL
By Professor Dr. Serafin L. Ngohayon, President of Ifugao State University, Philippines
The International Leadership Colloquium offered a first class experience in networking to its participants. This is true because the participants came from diverse academic institutions throughout the world.
Secondly, the participants are academic leaders who could make or were empowered to make commitment for and in behalf of their institutions albeit to a certain extent.
Thirdly, the colloquium offered a perfect platform where collaborations between and among individuals and academic institutions were forged, friendships established and new frontiers of partnerships started.
The common focus of collaboration are on joint program and research activities, on exchanges of academic materials and academic publications and on exchanges/ mutual visits of administrative staff, faculty and staff members and graduate and undergraduate students.
As the head of our university, the personal experiences and insights I gained through my participation is also my university’s gain.
Note: Professor Dr. Serafin L. Ngohayon is also the President and Chairman of the Board of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc.
