The International Conference also promotes advancement of educational institutions through networking opportunities with quality institutions from other nations.

Join your educational colleagues in a very memorable experience!

~Promote the transformation of your university

~Create a vision driven institution

~Assure operational excellence for an effective university

~Attain a reflective approach for integration of future-oriented systems

Higher education is on the brink of a revolution. Many of the forces driving change shall be disruptive in nature, leading to quite unpredictable futures. The organization of our colleges and universities, the nature of our academic programs, the way that we finance, conduct, and distribute the services of higher education, shall all be transformed by the new realities.

Future forces are far more powerful than many within the higher education establishment realize. These forces shall drive change at an unprecedented pace, perhaps even beyond the capacity of our colleges and universities to adapt, should we wait to transform our thinking. Creative, visionary, transformative leaders will be those most capable of engaging their institutions in needed change, leading in new directions, reinforcing and enhancing their most important roles and values.
As university leaders, we must understand that the most critical challenge facing our educational institutions is our capacity for change, and our determination to remove the constraints that prevent us from responding to the needs of a new reality. We must strive to challenge, excite, and embolden the leadership of our academic communities to embark upon what shall surely be a new and great adventure for higher education.

We invite you to unite with us in developing the transformative leadership style that will assure the successful advancement of our universities in the new realities of the future.
