He is not only well-known in his country but also in other countries of the world for his noted zeal, sheer devotion and single-minded commitment to see inter-country collaboration which will surely enshrine his name forever in the annals of international higher education history.

HRH Sultan Mohammad Penandatu Uko Mluk, the Sultanate of Kabuntalan, Mindanao, present Datu Waris Certificate of Nobility to Dr. Ben Lee.

Datu Waris Dr. Lee Wooi Beng will be remembered as a key player in global education especially in many modes of distance education and open learning which is worthy of emulation by educators and students worldwide. He is a man of distinction whose diligent insights on where the modes in distance education and open learning should be pursued in the years to come provide an international information communication technology collaboration among world educational leaders.

It is for this rational exposition that yesterday 27 November 2011 the Royal House of the Sultanate of Kabuntalan has formally enthroned this simple and highly respected man his datuship at the El Manuel Convention Hall, Cotabato City, Philippines. This distinct recognition by the Royal House of the Sultanate of Kabuntalan is conferred only after close examination of the Nominees' great contribution to humankind in their own line of expertise and endeavors which are global in nature.

I therefore salute the honoree for a job well done, thus, this royal enthronement by the Sultanate of Kabuntalan which he rightly deserves.

Mabuhay Datu Waris Dr. Lee Wooi Beng!
