Third hotel they visited is Sim's Cozy Garden Hostel, a simple and very convenient hostel which targeted foreign backpackers. The room looks charming as it was decorated in Tibet style.

There are senior management staffs assigned from each hotel to guide us and share their experiences and service strategies. Our participants were able to make observation on each hotel they visited and directly interact with the management staffs to gather more information. At the end of the tour, Professor Loh concluded the topics and summarized the main points about applying the marketing management to hotel industries.

Professor Loh debrief the participants about the hotel concept and positioning after each visit.

The participants feel that the trip had open up their mind and provided them useful ideas to further improve their hotels and guest houses.
