As every one knew the market situation in Vietnam is very challenging, beside that, the presure of competitors; buyers are more and more difficult to manage. There for, to be aware supply chain management is also a key factor to make company success in low operation cost in up-down stream; more productivity in production and much improvement in cash flow...

Base on this SCM knowledge, I built a project to improve supply chain of my company through some key focus areas such as: Dignostic and renew distribution network to improve logistic + cost saving; Build KPIs and performance tracking of demand plan and S&OP to reduce cost of inventory in both side finish goods and raw material as well.

So, with this project, we are getting significant result such as: 

- Enhance customer service level and save +30% logistic cost.
- Inventory level is going down from 45 days to 35 days and will be 30 days in average.
- Cash flow also improve 6% vs previous year.
- Competitive consumer price with reasonable value chain.
So, with this project, we are getting significant result such as:
